1. Dont blame one another for the situations (it depends lah kan..kalau gaduh ngan kawan jangan blame kawan..kalau gaduh laki bini sama jugaklah)
2. When possible watch a funny movie..laugh a little (betul jugak ni...kalau dah gelak2 ni hilang lah jugak stressnya)
3. Hug one another, hold one another...(ni rasanya khas utk husband n wife..kalau couple2 wat camni meleret ke arah lain plak kang)
4. Compliment each other (sape yg x suka ngan puji-pujian kan..)
5. Find something positive in each day (as for me...tgk muka Rizqi hari2 penawar segala duka lara dalam ati i nih)
6. Remind yourselves that this crisis ins't going to last forever.
7. Don't keep your feelings bottled in. Share it with someone...( share ngan blogger2 aci x..heheh)
8. Lower your stress lebel by exercising, eating healty food, drinking lot of water, having some fun and getting enough sleep..(hurmm..kalau dah tension pastu terperuk dalam rumah mesti lg tension kan..)
